Palindrome is a word puzzle game for iOS published by Synth88 Labs ("we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Palindrome on Apple devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app or its content.
The word library (including curated definitions, pronunciations, and hints) and all artwork, sounds, and design are the property of Synth88 Labs. Palindromic words and famous palindromic sentences themselves are part of the public language; our curation, presentation, and game design are ours.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep the word library accurate and the game bug-free, but we don't guarantee it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
Game progress is stored only on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost through deleting the app, device loss, or failed backups.
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
